BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Position: Business Development Manager - FC08
Department: Business Development
Job Purpose:
Manage and grow foodservice sales channels (HORECA, Distributors, QSR) for off-airline business. Work with internal teams (culinary, procurement, finance) to deliver tailored solutions for clients and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to maximize market reach and revenue.
- Identify new revenue opportunities in local, regional, and export markets.
- Analyze and negotiate business deals, align with budget and strategic goals.
- Manage sales activities and the Business Development team to meet targets.
- Maintain client relationships through regular visits and support.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing with 7+ years in FMCG foodservice.
- Skills in category management, price negotiation, financial analysis, and customer relations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Multilingual, with knowledge of the UAE foodservice market and HORECA network.
