Job Role: Pool & Beach Waiter/Waitress at Delano Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, welcoming service, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Know the menu, offer recommendations, and answer inquiries.
• Manage pool and beach areas efficiently while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to enhance the elegant ambiance.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and address special requests.
• Assist in executing pool and beach events with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury hospitality (hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in luxury hotel operations and service protocols.
• Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s in Hospitality or equivalent).
• A personable, authentic, and professional attitude with a passion for excellent service.
